The Vallejo Community Arts Network (VCAN) provides management and operational support for VCAF Content and Educational Development Programs. The short term goal is to help develop funding for: (1). the VCAF Offices and Gallery to be located at the Temple Lofts Building ground floor; and (2) the VCAF Community Center and Restaurant located next to the Empress Theater and supporting the revitalization of the Downtown Historic Area. The VCAF Facilities Development Program will support the need for operating offices and art showcase venues, while supporting the development of the downtown area and the waterfront in evolving into the social, cultural, recreational and entertainment hub of the City of Vallejo.
